Lesson 1
INTRODUCTION
When it comes to health, food and exercise are the first things that come to mind for most people. But relationships and our emotional health is just as important. Most of us weren’t taught how to cultivate good relationships. Over time it’s been noted that there are 7 things that all loving relationships have in common.
1. Forgiveness
2. Compassion
3. Communication
4. Unconditional Love
5. Encouragement
6. Commitment
7. Touch
Because we are a mirror of our environment, our abilities in each of these areas all begins with the relationship we have with ourselves. You need to have a good relationship with yourself before you can really relate well with others.

Lesson 3
RELATIONSHIP NETWORK
After looking at the core (relationship with self) and the relationship with the two/three people closest to you, now let's expand that to people who you interact with most often.
We spend a lot of time at work or with certain people every day, but don’t often take into consideration the quality of these relationships. There may be some relationships that feel like hard work. This is your opportunity to look at changing that. Often, what we don’t like about others, is something we don’t like about ourselves.

COMMUNICATION MASTERCLASS
This is the next level: Realising that you are the creators of your own life. This is when you take FULL ownership in the knowledge that everything in your relationships with others is a reflection of what is going on inside you. No more pointing fingers and calling others names. You start to see that your feelings come from within you, and from others.
