Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with TTPL or purchasing TTPL products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own personal, non-public, non-commercial use.

Online Programs

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access the Heal Thy Self membership area where you can login to your online program or membership.

When you are purchasing from this site you agree to be billed either as a one-off transaction, or recurring subscription, depending on what you have purchased.

Should you decide to cancel a recurring subscription for any Heal Thy Self membership site, you will continue to have access to the platform and any related Facebook group up until the day prior to your next scheduled payment. In the event that we consider you have breached these Terms, your access may be removed at any time without notice to you.

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the program unless we consider you have breached these Terms and your access is removed.

TTPL reserves its right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any content, tool or feature.

Refund Policy

Where you have purchased an online program and are dissatisfied with the content within the first 7 days, then as long as no more than two modules are unlocked, TTPL will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access.

In the event that more than two modules have been unlocked within the 7-day period then the following will apply:

• Where three weeks have been unlocked you will be entitled to a refund of 75% of the purchase price;
• Where four to five weeks have been unlocked, you will be entitled to a refund of 50%; or
• Where six or more weeks have been unlocked, no refund will be available.

Refunds are not available more than 7 days after a purchase. Refunds are not available if TTPL believes you have violated these Terms.

Products

Please choose your products carefully. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Due to food health and safety reasons, returned products, even if unopened, cannot be re-sold.

You may choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.

Indemnity

Pricing Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed on TTPL Websites or events at an incorrect price, TTPL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TTPL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TTPL shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The Services are provided pursuant to these Terms and one individual licence per subscription membership. Therefore passwords used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password.

If you become involved in any violation of system security, TTPL reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites for the purpose of resolving security incidents.
