LIFE IS MOVEMENT
Exercise means “to keep”. Yep, if you don’t move it, you lose it. Life is movement. It’s so easy to be sedentary these days, but we end up with stuck stagnant energy. Once we start moving our bodies our health improves almost immediately. You don’t have to train for a marathon straight-up, walking is the best way to start.

Lesson 2
WHAT IS INTERNAL EXERCISE AND WHY IT'S IMPORTANT
OK so you’ve been walking everyday, now it’s time to take things a little deeper with an energy exercise to do before your morning walk. I call it a Shake and Bake. It only takes 10 minutes, activates your nervous system and lymphatic systems and helps you be in flow for the whole day. I also want to share with you the 5 Tibetan Rites which nourishes and rebalances all the glands of your body.

Lesson 3
WHAT KIND OF CARDIO EXERCISE IS BEST FOR YOU?
By this stage you’re doing a 30 minute walk and including the Shake and Bake and 5 Tibetan Rites in the morning. In this next level we’re going to get into cardio exercise and the science behind high intensity workouts.

Lesson 4
CREATING A SOLID EXERCISE ROUTINE
As we get older, we actually need to INCREASE our physical exercise to maintain our bodies. So in this level it’s time to commit to a schedule that is going to keep you strong and healthy. It’s not about how much time you spend, but being committed to whatever exercise you’ve chosen so far.

ANCIENT EGYPTIAN KNOWLEDGE ON MOVEMENT
To the Ancient Egyptians, our physical body is a reflection of what is happening in the spiritual world. We bring heaven to earth through our physical body. If you’re body is inflexible what is that saying about the mind? It’s interesting to see what your body is saying about your mind and psyche.You’ll learn about the Ancient Egyptian of Stretching Postures, Breathing, Toning, Strengthening and Animal Movements.
