Breathing properly has so many benefits. It’s a great way to improve your mood, energy and digestion. Depression, anxiety, hyperactivity can all be helped through proper breathing. It’s also an important way to detoxify your system and regulate your pH as a lot of acid is expelled on the out breath.

HOW TO BREATHE
In this video you’ll learn how to breathe. Yes! There is an art to it that most people miss. You’ll also learn the 7 rounds of 7 breathing exercise that will help you feel balanced and equanimous.
Make sure you download the Air Affirmation Meditation from the resources section and listen to it daily. A great tip is to listen first thing in the morning, hit snooze on your alarm and listen to this short audio before getting up and starting your day.

USING ESSENTIAL OILS TO PURIFY THE AIR

BREATHING AND SPIRITUAL
Master level! So by this stage you've got plants in all the rooms of your home and work space. You ensure your work and living space is well ventilated. You also consciously breathe deeply and do the 7x7 twice a day.
In this video I’m gonna share with you my 20:20:20 master breathing exercise. I feel this breathing exercise purifies my soul - once you try it you’ll understand. I also want to take you on a journey deeper into the etymology and meaning of the word breathing.
