Welcome to our Sisterhood. Soul Sister Secrets is a beautiful space for women to talk about women’s business. In ancient times, women shared their lives intimately. They helped raise each other’s children, gathered food and shared stories. We’ve lost that experience in modern society and it is time that we reclaim that sacred space.

Women and men have different biological responses to stress and relate in very different ways. When women come together, our bodies release hormones that calm us and reduce our stress levels. We can talk deeply, bare our souls and be supported and understood.
