We have created the following action steps to get your assessments submitted successfully and you can find all the resources that you need to submit your assessments inside the 2nd section below:

To become a Tolman Coach you must complete 6 assessments with a ‘practice client’. The first 3 can be friends, family or a fellow student, however the last 3 assessments need to be with an acquaintance whom you are not too familiar with. We suggest reaching out to your community to book in your practice sessions. 4 out of the 6 assessments are written assessments and the last 2 assessments need to be video recorded. Please ensure to submit 1 assessment at a time and allow us to give you feedback first before submitting the next assessment. We want to see you incorporating our feedback into your next assessment. 

Download and print the Consultation Form. We suggest having a few copies printed out just in case you need them. Have a pen and clipboard or hard surface ready when conducting the assessment.

After each session, make it a habit to send your client an overview of what you have discussed and the action plan for their next steps. This is a very important part of your assessment submission. If the client is not tech savvy we suggest you guide the client through the feedback form at the end of your session and then give them some privacy to complete the form. You are then required to write up a 90 day plan for each practice client. You are not required to send this to your client, but you need to submit the 90 day plan with your assessment and client eye photos to us for review.
