Drink 1L filtered water with freshly squeezed lemon or grapefruit juice, walk for 30-45min

7am

9am

Have up to a litre of whichever juice you choose, shower with guasha

10am

Go for a walk in the sun, breathe 7 Rounds of 7, do an enema or book in a colonic

11am

If you’re a coffee drinker and starting to feel the pang, opt for a peppermint tea.

1pm

Take a break and sip on a glass or two of juice. Remember to “chew” your juice as this produces digestive enzymes and really just appreciate the flavors 

3pm

Check that you’re staying hydrated and having enough water.

6pm

Dinner juice time. You could mix it up a bit and have a glass of juice followed by some heart warming vegetable broth.

10pm

Enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea or fresh lemon and water + treat yourself by lighting some candles & have a relaxing bath!
