Cancellation Policy Process

If a Coach Student decides that they would like to cancel their program engagement or Heal Thy Self.Co deems them no longer fit to participate or represent their brand, the procedure will be as follows:  

Coach Student wants to Cancel:

• Submit written notice ([email protected]) with reason and wait for management confirmation of receipt

• No refund will be given of paid amount  

HTS needs to cancel Coach Student due to a breach of agreements:

• Email Coach to set up a call

• Have 1-on-1 call to discuss current concerns

• Offer the option to remedy the situation or to end engagement with a prorated refund

• If Coach Student agrees to remedy the situation, they also agree to do so in alignment with this signed agreement. This will be their one chance to remedy before engagement is ended.
