Create a group and invite clients to Heal Thy Self Coach App (NudgeCoaching) using your link.
- First 2 Sessions can be up to 1.5 hours long.
- Next 10 calls are up to 30 mins each.
- All details are confidential.
- Can record the sessions upon request.
- Goal is never to overwhelm our clients. Each week we will progress and add new activities (not all at once).
- Encourage your clients to communicate openly and invite constructive feedback during and after the program. Constructive feedback given in a timely & respectful manner is invaluable for future growth.
- Encourage the client to sit down for 1 hour after each session to internalise and implement the suggestions provided by you.
- A 24 hr notice of any cancellation needs to be given. The Coach will wait 15 minutes for clients to show up before cancelling the call.
Fresh Fruit and Veggies

The veggies we suggest to use are certified biodynamic, organic, or spray-free from farmers who cannot afford the certification or their farms are in conversion.
Wash all the veggies and fruit well with apple cider vinegar, and leave most of the skins on when creating a dish to preserve nutrients.
